Installation: This includes excavation, dirt disposal, pool setting and backfill as well as rough grading for affected area.

  • Medium installation: $28,000 ( Up to 8 dump trailers of dirt removal and 80 tons of gravel)

  • Large Installation: $34,000 ( Up to 11 dump trailers of dirt removal and 120 tons of gravel)

Any additional loads that are needed will be charge at a rate of $1000 per trailer.

Electrical: Electrical part includes pulling power from main panel to sub panel up to 50 feet away, all necessary connections for pool equipment as well as 1 outlet by pool equipment, grounding and bonding.

  • Basic: $6,000 ( 2 color changing led sr smith lights, mechanical timer, transformer for light, sub panel and wall switch for lights)

  • Deluxe: $9,500 ( 4 color changing led sr smith lights, omnilogic control system, transformer for light)

Plumbing: This includes connections from pool to equipment, 1 main drain 1 skimmer and 3 returns up to 75 feet away from pool.

  • Basic: $4,000 ( 1.5 inch lines, regular ball valves, 1.5 inch pvc on equipment pad)

  • Regular: $4,500 ( 2 inch lines, heavy duty double union ball valves, 2 inch pvc on equipment pad)

  • Deluxe: $5,000 ( 2 inch lines, Jandy valves, 2 inch pvc on equipment pad)

Gas line: line from main meter over to pool heater ran in 2 risers and size according to size ofpool heater and fistance, up to 75 feet away.

  • 3/4 gas line: $2,500

  • 1 gas line: $3,000

  • 1.5 gas line: $3,500
